National Breast
Cancer Awareness Month
National
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is dedicated to increasing awareness of
breast cancer issues, especially the importance of early detection. It
works through a nationwide education campaign aimed at the general
public, state and federal governments, health care professionals,
employers, and women of all ages and ethnic groups.

Fundraisers-
Organize a local fundraiser or volunteer
your time to one. Many groups or companies now hold fundraisers
like Golf Outings, Dinner & Entertainment, Silent Auctions, or selling
pink products. |

Check your local paper or city
websites for more local walks and runs. |

Tell A Friend
- Talk with your friends and share
information about breast cancer awareness. |
Bake Sale
- Hold a bake sale with lots
of pink sweets! Ask others to bake and donate the proceeds to a
foundation.
