We added some Florida flavors to our Super Bowl Buffet with Gator Swamp Salsa with chips!

And what's the second best use of BEER - It's Beer Bread served up with spinach dip.

Philly Cheesecake Football spread- Used a product from Megan's Pantry called coconut almond delight with some Philadelphia cream cheese. See recipe below.

Philly Cheesecake Football Spread

Ingredients:
• 8 oz. soft cream cheese
• 1/2 cup soft butter (no substitutes)
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
• 1 flavor packet of Megan's Pantry® Coconut Almond Delight
• 1/4 cup almond slivers

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Reserve a 1.4 tsp. of Coconut Almond Delight mix. Stir in the remaining Coconut Almond Delight flavor packet and chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place mixture in plastic wrap and shape into mini football using our mini football tray. Leaving in bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Open bottom of plastic wrap and slowly turn over bowl with cheesecake over onto the serving plate. decorate with two rows of almond slivers along the bottom. Dust top of football cheesecake ball carefully with remaining Coconut Almond Delight to give a leathery look. Cut some almond slivers to look like football strings or use white decorating ice to draw them on. Serve with Vanilla wafers. It's a great cheesecake spread.
