Hopping Contest

Set a start line and a hop line. Starting at the start line a child runs up to the jump line and must jump with both feet together and see how far he/she jumps. Mark the jumps with paper shaped carrots with the child's name on it.  The farthest jumpers wins!

Give each team their own egg carton or basket with a ribbon matching the color team they are. Blow a Bunny Start Whistle and set the teams off in search for their colored eggs and when they have found their dozen, return to the starting point to win!

Divide guest into two teams and give each team a large spoon. Set a start and turn around line.  Use a plastic, wood or hard-boiled egg for each team.  Without touching the egg, each player carries the egg on the spoon to the turn around line and back to the start line. They hand-off the spoon with egg to the next player.  The team that has had all players run the race and has the egg on the spoon wins! If egg is dropped during the race you can either disqualify the team or give each team a maximum number of drops before being eliminated. 

Fill a basket full of plastic eggs filled with a piece of paper with either an animal, person, place or thing related to Easter and/or Spring written on it.  Divide guests into teams. Each team gets a turn to have one player pick an egg. That person must act out the word on the paper for his team to guess.  Award each team a point for correct answers. Give everyone a turn, team with the most points wins.

Using this EASTER CREATE-A-SCENE  use the bunny on the right for your game. Use large white poms for bunny tails. Play like Pin the Tail on the Donkey.  If you are crafty, use a large pink poster board and draw and cutout an outline of the back of a bunny sitting and add dotted lines to show where the bunny tail should be.
