Welcome and thank you for visiting my
Party & Gift Website!
I created this website because I have a passion
for celebrations.
Looking back through my
life, I have been planning parties since I was 9 years old.
I remember helping with all my family gatherings; decorating
for holidays; giving fun teen and college parties, helping friends with birthday
parties,
baby showers, and weddings. While in the office, I got involved in office
luncheons, kick-offs, implementations celebrations and holiday parties. In
my community I volunteered as a Recreation Director, worked with PTO/PTA
and churches with their events. For my own family, I started a backyard kids club; threw
fun theme parties and holiday gatherings.
In March 2000, an opportunity arose for me to become a
Party Consultant. With a background in IT and the desire to work from home
while raising a family, I created this website. I became a Work At Home Mom (WAHM). My goal was to
have a site where my clients can shop for their party supplies and gifts, as
well as get free ideas for their celebrations. Soon after, I started a
party planning service and specialized in children's parties, school and fundraiser events. I met and trained with other party professionals and was
a guest speaker at a National Party Business Convention in August of 2003.
My concentration for the past several years has
been on keeping this site up-to-date on trends, ideas and products. In
November 2004, I started my eParty newsletter to share celebration ideas.
