You'll need:
Oversized Cardboard Box
Toy Bow & Arrow Set
Scissor or Box Cutter
Paint (optional)
Permanent Marker (black)
Preparation:
Cut our heart shapes, various sizes on
one side of the box.
Paint box red, pink or a combination of
both.
Next to each heart opening mark a point
value.
Position box a proper distance for age
group, mark a standing line.
How to play:
Give each child a turn to shoot 3 arrows
into the heart opening on the box. Total their points. The highest score
wins a prize and everyone else can get a consolation candy. |

How to play:
Each team gets a bag of Conversation Hearts, a pen and pencil.
Set a timer to 5 minutes.
Each team must make complete sentences or phrases.
Score by the amount of correct sentences or
phrases or how many candy hearts were used. |
